In our research lab we do prepare amniotic membrane by Ang et al methodology using nitro cellulose membrane as a supporting material. At present the serology is done twice in three months interval to screen the incubation period before we release our membrane. We are looking for nucleic acid testing in near future. These membranes are available in 2.5*2.5,2.5*3.5,2.5*5.0 cm sizes.
